Virgin PTFE – PTFE gaskets are ideal for use with aggressive chemicals, offering excellent resistance to most mineral and organic substances—including acids, bases, solvents, petrol, and oils. They can withstand temperatures up to 260°C and provide reliable protection as bore liners to shield pipe gaskets from chemical attack. These gaskets also feature strong ozone resistance and gas impermeability, making them a trusted choice for demanding sealing applications. Structured PTFE – Structured PTFE gaskets seal effectively across pH 0–14, temperatures from cryogenic up to 260°C, and pressures from vacuum to 85 bar. They offer low creep, high durability, and excellent chemical resistance. Biaxially oriented with fillers like glass microspheres, silica and others these gaskets provide superior gas-tightness and work with various flange materials. Ideal for petrochemical, food & beverage, and pharma applications, they ensure reliable sealing even under low bolt loads. Expanded PTFE – Expanded PTFE gaskets feature a uniform, additive-free microstructure that provides excellent chemical resistance and equal strength in all directions. Softer and more flexible than regular PTFE, expanded PTFE conforms easily to irregular surfaces, compresses readily, and minimizes creep and cold flow . With excellent dielectric properties and thermal insulation, these gaskets perform reliably between -200°C and 260°C. Resistant to most corrosive liquids, vapors, and gases, expanded PTFE gaskets are ideal where chemical resistance, hygiene, and non-contamination are critical.
